Terms of Service

Welcome to GoPlan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GoPlan, a project management application developed by Singleton and integrated with Google Workspace. By accessing or using GoPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using GoPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use GoPlan.

These Terms apply to all users of GoPlan, including organizations and individual users within those organizations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GoPlan. By using GoPlan, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

GoPlan is designed for use by organizations with Google Workspace accounts. You must have authorization from your organization to use GoPlan on their behalf.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Google Workspace Authentication

GoPlan uses Google Workspace OAuth 2.0 for authentication. You must have a valid Google Workspace account to access GoPlan. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Terms of Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Workspace account. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm GoPlan or other users.

4. Use of Service

4.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GoPlan for your internal business purposes.

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile GoPlan
  • Share credentials with unauthorized parties

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is": DoPlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singleton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for DoPlan in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By using GoPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
